FAQ-PRINTING INFORMATION

Q. What paper is best>

It depends on personal preference and how you want your prints to look.But here are some tips to help you decide.

For Watercolour prints - Matte is a good choice and is popular.

For a brighter Bold look Satin which is a semi gloss is the way to go.

Q.Can I have a proof prior to ordering customised prints> 

No. Once you have made your order you will receive a proof via email within 24 Hours. Once approved your prints will be printed and shipped.

Q.Do prints come framed>

No prints do not come framed. Our prints are designed to fit standard size frames available from most retailers -such as K mart / office works / Target / Ikea

Q.Customised Prints>

Simply add your details (colour / names ) in the customisation boxes in the listing. Once you check out your details will then be assigned to your order.

Q. Shipping how is my order shipped>

All domestic orders within Australia and International are  shipped via Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

We use premium print packaging -for retail products -tissue paper and appropriate packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

Prints are shipped in postal  tubes and backing board in cardboard mailers for smaller sized prints. International print orders are shipped rolled in tubes. Prints larger than A3 are shipped in a 9cm wide tube - plenty of room so they arrive easy to frame and hang.

Q. What is your return Policy>

Retail products can be returned  -please make contact first via info@lapaperpasison.com.au and return within 7 days of receiving the order.

Prints larger than A3 OR Customised prints can not be returned - as they are printed to order. Prints that have been damaged in shipping will be replaced after a photo of shipping damage is sent to info@lapaperpassion.com.au
