14-Day Return Policy
We recognize that art is a personal experience. If your chosen piece does not fully meet your expectations—despite being free from defects—you may return it within 14 days for store credit or an exchange. This policy covers aesthetic preferences related to artistic choices with our Ai and vintage reproductions focal emphasis, intentional illustrative effects, or other creative enhancements that contribute to the distinctive character of each artwork.

The artworks in our collection feature a variety of artistic techniques, such as selective focus, intentional texturing, and creative blurring—each a purposeful design element that reflects the artist’s vision, Intentional re touching not a flaw or defect.

Return Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact to ensure they are in resellable condition.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and tracking costs.

• This policy applies to full-priced items only.

• Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange.

• If the replacement item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Exclusions

• Returns based on artistic preference are limited to full-priced framed artworks, framed canvases, unframed prints, and posters.

• Items that are discounted, on sale, purchased as part of a promotion, or custom-made such as font and colour changes ( Included as part of a set )—are excluded from this return policy and are not eligible for return.

Order Agreement

By making a purchase on lapaperpassion.com you agree to the following conditions:

• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the selected product(s) are suitable for the intended space, based on the detailed product information provided on our website. If you have any questions or uncertainties, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

• While we take great care to ensure color accuracy through our professional printing processes, please be aware that variations in screen settings across different devices may cause slight differences in how colors appear.

• If you are uncertain about any aspect of the product, we strongly recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team before completing your purchase.

• For international orders (outside of Australia), all duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

To request a return you can contact us at our contact page - please review our policies and send the necessary information to info@lapaperpassion.com - If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item return your original item in original condition (once approved) and place a separate order for the new item.

Damages

• Given the craftsmanship involved, our policy is to replace any defective or damaged items with a brand-new, corrected version, rather than accepting returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement. Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
