Thank you for visiting and shopping with Lapaperpassion. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Australian Orders - All art print orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Framed Art processing time is 3- 7 days. Orders are processed monday to friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that this is a general guideline only, as delays may occur during peak periods or when delivering to rural and remote areas.
Address Errors
You : the customer acknowledge that it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details upon placing your order.
Before you finalise your order, please take a moment to double-check all your information, particularly your delivery address.. In the event that you provide an incorrect delivery address, please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for the successful delivery of your order.
If due to your own error or fault, our delivery provider is unable to deliver your order after a delivery attempt (whichever occurs sooner), we retain the right to cancel your order. In such circumstances, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid for the order, excluding the delivery fees and reasonable handling fees that account for our incurred loss.
If our delivery provider is unable to deliver the package directly, they may leave a card at the address. In such cases, you can either pick up the delivery from an Australia Post outlet or get in touch with the delivery contractor to arrange for a re-delivery. There may be a fee incurred by the delivery contractor to re-deliver at the buyers expense.
Non Collection
If your order is delivered to a local post office and you do not collect it within the required time frame, it may be returned to Lapaperpassion. In such cases, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Replacement for Damaged Items whilst shipping
All orders are fully insured during the shipping process -any damaged orders are replaced. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please let us know as son as possible and within 24 hours of delivery and include photos. This allows us to lodge a claim with the carrier. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Email at info@lapaperpassion.com.au
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of your order.
Please note: This does not mean 'Australia Post Express' and does not guarantee next day delivery.
International Orders:
While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, deliveries to overseas destinations may require an additional 5-10 business days due to standard international shipping timelines.
